Vulturilor 75 is a project that reintroduces the one floor apartment idea. Its height regime makes the whole building contain four spacious apartments and ensure the privacy we all want. Architecture holds the contemporary minimalist style, integrating it into the existing fund.
The ground floor has the access zone, parking spot, and a four rooms apartment with a private garden.
The first and second floor are identically built, each one having a four apartment rooms.
The fourth apartment of the building has two levels. On the first level we have the living room, the kitchen and the access zone to the two terraces. The second level is dedicated to the bedrooms.
