The design of the building tried to keep up with the overall architecture of the area and the neighboring buildings. The facades were treated with rectangular shapes similar to the buildings surrounding the block, but stacked vertically and decorated with rock panels and glass. Due to height regulation and the historical past of the site, the overall volume creates a quiet and modern feel with the rest of the buildings due to great material finishing’s, horizontal stripes, sun light and harmony of old and new architecture using modern materials and modern living design.
